Direct East Midlands Railway services reach London St Pancras International in a little over an hour, with around 35 direct trains a day, which makes our Corby apartments ideal for commuters. Corby town centre, with its shops, supermarkets and leisure, is a short walk away.
Day to day, Station Quarter is looked after by Dan, our Community Manager, who is based here on-site and is your first port of call for anything at all. Behind the scenes, Dan is supported by the wider team at Allsop Letting & Management, our managing agent. So you always have a familiar face on-site, with an experienced team backing him up.

Yes, on-site parking is available at an additional cost. Spaces are limited, so please ask the team early to secure one.
All residents have access to resident app to report any maintenance at your convenience. On the app you can select if you wish for this to be attended to when you are available, or at earliest availability using management keys for access. Community manager Dan will attend to troubleshoot and arrange with the relevant contractor to attend and will keep you updated on the resolution.
There is a friendly community here, which is one of the nicest parts of living at Station Quarter. We put on regular get-togethers, from coffee mornings to seasonal socials, so it is easy to get to know your neighbours. Dan keeps everyone posted on what is coming up, so do ask him when you see him on-site.

Your rent includes full access to the resident amenities, such as the gym and resident hub, along with management services and invitations to resident events. All apartments are energy rated A ensuring low running costs. Tenants are welcome to choose their preferred supplier for utilities and broadband.

Booking a viewing is easy. Get in touch with the team below and we will arrange a time that suits you, in person or virtually if you are currently away from the area. It is the best way to be sure the apartment is right for you.
A tenancy deposit is payable before the start of your tenancy, typically equivalent to five weeks' rent. It is protected in a Government-approved deposit scheme and returned at the end of your tenancy, less any deductions for damage beyond fair wear and tear.
A guarantor is only needed if an applicant does not meet the income requirements on their own. The team is happy to talk through your situation.
